Jumlah penduduk Kecamatan Weda Tengah tahun 2024 adalah 18.710 jiwa yang terdiri dari 13.131 jiwa laki laki dan 5.579 jiwa perempuan. Desa Lililef Waibulan merupakan desa dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak yakni sebesar 7.816 jiwa sedangkan desa Kulo jaya merupakan desa dengan jumlah penduduk terkecil yakni 601 jiwa.
